MacGruber

I always thought the worst movie ever made was "Dude, Where's my Car?", that is until I had the bad fortune to see MacGruber. To describe it as terrible would be an insult to all the terrible things in the world. Makes me wonder if something this bad gets made, how bad are the scripts that get rejected?

Shrek Forever After

It's always good to see a movie that everyone can enjoy. Good story, characters we all love, happy ending. It's not a prefect movie, but it's nice. Everyone will enjoy it. Take the kids and have a good time.

Robin Hood

I would rate this movie as one of those that was pretty good, but should have been better. A great cast and an interesting story that just didn't seem to come together as well as it should have. It is worth checking out if you can catch a matinee or at a discount theater.

Iron Man II

I like super hero movies. If you think about it, there really haven't been too many bad movies based on super heroes or comic books. The exceptions would be the really old version of Captain America and the first Incredible Hulk. Iron Man II is exciting, fun, humor filled, and very enjoyable. Definitely worth seeing in the theater and even a Blu-Ray purchase when it comes out.

Nightmare on Elm Street

I'm old enough to have seen the original in the theater and actually kinda liked it. I'm not a big fan of remakes such as this. There's nothing really new here. You know the story, you know what's going to happen, so it takes away from the effectiveness. I did think this version was a little darker than the original, but not enough difference to make it worth seeing.
